Alongside his wife, Tussanee, Paul owned Integrity Lash, a premier seven figure Southern California salon recognized by Vanity Fair, Los Angeles Magazine, Brides.com, and Salon Today, which named it one of North America’s Top 200 salons for four consecutive years.


Paul and Tussanee are also the creators of LashCast, one of the beauty industry’s most influential podcasts, with more than 2.5 million downloads. In 2019, they founded LASHCON, the industry’s premier business conference, bringing thousands of lash professionals together to learn, connect, and grow.


Today, Paul produces LASHCON while consulting and collaborating with major beauty brands on sales, product innovation, and business strategy. Drawing on his experience as a salon owner, educator, media host, event producer, and industry executive, he helps entrepreneurs and companies identify opportunities, adapt to change, and build businesses that thrive.
